Bike Lanes

The projected plan for the Wall Street project is on the north side. Removing 2 retaining walls, impacting the Carlton arboretum, cutting down burr oak trees some up to 300 years old and cutting down very old pines along the Oaklawn cemetery just feet from a number of graves.
The south side would be much better. It would impact holes #2 & 3 somewhat. Hole #3 could be shortened 100' as it doglegs to the south.

All bicycles with 26" tires or more are to be taxed $100 per year.
Electric bicycles shall be taxed as a motorcycle. They cannot be used on any marked bike path as they can go up to 30 MPH.
Funds to be directed toward the climate action fund.
The entire franchise fund will be redirected to street reclamation.
Golf carts on public streets will be ticked & towed
